My chimney was FAR overdue for cleaning and I found 1Chimney based on online reviews. They were so amazing to work with. Easy to talk with, returned calls if they missed you, the office staff was extremely kind. On the day of service Kelly came out and took care of our embarrassingly dirty chimney. She was amazing also, showed me photos of before and after from inside and also discussed efficiencies and future things to consider for maintenance but assured me there was no rush on the maintenance items, simply shared so I could keep my eye on them. I was personally nervous about soot being everywhere after (we have white fabric stools near the fireplace) and I’ll be honest, it was spotless. Aside from the extremely clean fireplace, there was no trace of a service being performed. Highly recommend 1Chimney for their service, communications and trustworthiness. I’ll continue using them annually going forward.

Our experience with Boyd and his team is excellent. They first cleaned our woodburning fireplace+chimney and made some needed repairs. Later, Boyd and team consulted us in the process of transforming to gas. I especially appreciate how Boyd was patient and willing to try a log supplier that they haven't used in the past (I made my own online research and liked the log sets of this supplier the most). I am nothing but delighted with the result of the conversion - I think our fireplace is simply beautiful.
