When 1Chimney came to clean out my laundry vent, they realized it was a much bigger job than that which was expected. The technician tried to clean it out but then came back 2 more times with 3 more team members to get the job done right. They were real concerned since its a fire hazard and stayed until it was cleaned out. (They also said they never saw anything like my vent, which must never have been cleaned!)

Kelly came out and cleaned up our chimney really quick and fast. She also feed us some knowledge on fire places and things we should look out for. Very personable and informative! Will be using them for a time to come!
