We recently purchased a home and had about a million things we needed to attend to including having the dryer vent and chimney cleaned and get advice on what stuff needed to be repaired. We selected 1Chimney & Air based solely on reviews. We really lucked out.<br>Boyd and his helper not only cleaned out the dryer run but also went into the crawlspace to inspect the dryer vent to make sure it was thoroughly clean they also examined the external vent and explained that we were seeing lint buildup because the flap was stuck open causing the lint to interact with the humid air.<br><br>Similar examples on the fireplace and chimney cleaning, inspection and suggested repairs. They showed me the parts that needed attention, explained what i was looking at and when appropriate gave a range of solutions with differing costs. Boyd explained the pluses and minuses of each one.<br><br>The cost for the services were very reasonable and Boyd’s expertise was invaluable.

When in need of Chimney maintenance, repair, or other situations, these guys always answer the call. Show up with a smile, get the job done, and answer any questions. My fireplace glass replacement was proving to be difficult since the original manufacturer no longer exists. I made one call to these guys and the solution looks great!

Boyd and his son junior came out to my home.In fairfield , texas , to take a look at my chimney , they discovered a missing chimney cap and fixed the leak by tarping over the gaping holes. Excellent excellent job
