This was the first time that we had someone clean the chimney. Kimberly was fantastic! She came in and was very friendly and explained everything to me then to my husband. She took her time and was very professional and answered our questions. She was so sweet to our grandkids that she even left some candy canes from Santa Claus in front of the chimney and told them that Santa left them there for them. To the owner Boyd: thank you for answering my call and for sending the right person to us. May God continue to richly bless you and your family and your company!
