Our gas fireplace wouldn’t start & it was very dirty. 1Chimney was quick to call me back and get us on the schedule. The technician arrived one time, cleaned the whole thing, and the fireplace started. He also took time to show me how to do adjustments to the settings. Very pleased with their work. Will call them back for another cleaning or service in the future.

My chimney was FAR overdue for cleaning and I found 1Chimney based on online reviews. They were so amazing to work with. Easy to talk with, returned calls if they missed you, the office staff was extremely kind. On the day of service Kelly came out and took care of our embarrassingly dirty chimney. She was amazing also, showed me photos of before and after from inside and also discussed efficiencies and future things to consider for maintenance but assured me there was no rush on the maintenance items, simply shared so I could keep my eye on them. I was personally nervous about soot being everywhere after (we have white fabric stools near the fireplace) and I’ll be honest, it was spotless. Aside from the extremely clean fireplace, there was no trace of a service being performed. Highly recommend 1Chimney for their service, communications and trustworthiness. I’ll continue using them annually going forward.

Boyd and John showed up as scheduled and provided great customer service. Both were friendly and made sure I understood the work they were going to do beforehand. I could not be more pleased with the cleaning/inspection portion, but also with the recommendations on safety and increasing the overall look of the fireplace.
