Extremely easy process. Very thorough and clean. I was worried about the mess it might make and I was pleasantly surprised. I had just painted the living room and you would never know the tech was even there. Will be doing this every year moving forward without a doubt.

Nice people but showed up 2 1/2 hours late. Did not want to clean my chimney was quoting a whopping $600.00 for a clean plus thousands of dollars to replace a liner and all the bricks! I asked how much to do it all and refused to give me a set price. Was saying over and over too much work and too much of a hazard for him. Talked my ears off and left. In my opinion he picks and chooses the easy jobs for easy and fast money. Had to go to YouTube and find a way to do it ourselves. To save you a lot of money just buy the cleaning device from Amazon (you need a drill) and vacuum it out yourself, saves you from dealing with characters like this guy.<br><br>** Update** The owner replied to my comment and makes harsh comments about me. This statement and much more of his rant , just goes to show the integrity of his character. To me being professional and respectful to your customers is a must. I do not recommend using this guys service at all.<br><br>** 11/30/25**<br>Even used my home pictures on FB ads for his own personal gain. Says a lot about his integrity and how he carries himself.
