Extremely easy process. Very thorough and clean. I was worried about the mess it might make and I was pleasantly surprised. I had just painted the living room and you would never know the tech was even there. Will be doing this every year moving forward without a doubt.

They gave us great tips for maintaining the stove and added comments about safety issues. They removed a great deal of creosote. That the clean-up was professional was an added bonus.
