Great experience. Called this business by accident when a previously booked company didn’t show for an appt. Spoke with the owner of this family business and knew very quickly what that this was a company with integrity. Booked an appt easily online. Had a great experience with the wonderful tech and her grandson. She educated me on the use, maintenance and service of my gas fireplace, as it was the first I’ve had. Very kind, professional and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend and will use them again in the future for routine service.

This was the first time that we had someone clean the chimney. Kimberly was fantastic! She came in and was very friendly and explained everything to me then to my husband. She took her time and was very professional and answered our questions. She was so sweet to our grandkids that she even left some candy canes from Santa Claus in front of the chimney and told them that Santa left them there for them. This was my first chimney sweep, and they did a great job. They walked me thru the ins and outs of the chimney so that I can prolong the life and avoid damaging the unit. I will be using them every time, booking site is user friendly and even has a reminder system to let you know it’s cleaning day and that they are on the way

Boyd and his son did an awesome job! I called him to get a quote and told him about my bad experience with another company that was supposed to do the same job, I fired them and hired him.<br>He’s invented these refractory panels that sparkle and shimmer and I can’t wait to build my first fire. I actually lost money firing the other company and he discounted them for me to help me out a little bit. I’ve already got another job lined up for him to do.<br>I would highly recommend him to do your job and I’ll definitely be using him in the future for all my fireplace and chimney needs.<br>Thank You Boyd!

Our experience with Boyd and his team is excellent. They first cleaned our woodburning fireplace+chimney and made some needed repairs. Later, Boyd and team consulted us in the process of transforming to gas. I especially appreciate how Boyd was patient and willing to try a log supplier that they haven't used in the past (I made my own online research and liked the log sets of this supplier the most). I am nothing but delighted with the result of the conversion - I think our fireplace is simply beautiful. I would recommend Boyd and team with no hesitations to anyone who is looking for a skilled fireplace partner!

Boyd is the best, he thoroughly cleaned and refreshed our gas fireplace is absolutely beautiful now! He also took care to keep everything spotless and graciously answered my hundreds of questions. They also custom fabricated a very impressive new chimney cap for our home, and dare I say, it is the best chimney cap in the neighborhood. We highly recommend this company, you won’t be disappointed.
