Boyd was absolutely fabulous! Did a great job cleaning and inspecting my fireplace and has it’s working perfectly now. So pleasant, professional and friendly. Explained everything he was going to do.

Customer service, communication, and professionalism is top notch. Boyd is upfront about pricing and services and Kelly (who performed our service) was friendly, shared good information, and completed a very tough job. You will not regret using 1Chimney!

Had my fire box and chimney cleaned by 1chimney prior to having a wood burning insert installed. Very good communication with the company, they were on time and did a thorough job. I plan on calling them back out to Canton when it's time for my next cleaning.... thank you 1chimney!
