Our gas fireplace wouldn’t start & it was very dirty. 1Chimney was quick to call me back and get us on the schedule. The technician arrived one time, cleaned the whole thing, and the fireplace started. He also took time to show me how to do adjustments to the settings. Very pleased with their work. I was a little skeptical because I’ve never had work done on a gas fireplace that was 20 some years old but it simply would not turn on. I was very impressed with the quality of the workmanship, professionalism, and the education they provided on how my gas fireplace works.<br><br>Kelly did an awesome job showing me the condition of all the components, what they did, how it all works, and why they needed to clean the whole thing. It really was a mess. When Kelly left, my fireplace was in good working order, looked great, and I had tips on how to keep it that way. Saved me from having to completely replace it. 1Chimney gets all five stars. Highly recommend!

My chimney was FAR overdue for cleaning and I found 1Chimney based on online reviews. They were so amazing to work with. Easy to talk with, returned calls if they missed you, the office staff was extremely kind. On the day of service Kelly came out and took care of our embarrassingly dirty chimney. She was amazing also, showed me photos of before and after from inside and also discussed efficiencies and future things to consider for maintenance but assured me there was no rush on the maintenance items, simply shared so I could keep my eye on them. I was personally nervous about soot being everywhere after (we have white fabric stools near the fireplace) and I’ll be honest, it was spotless. Aside from the extremely clean fireplace, there was no trace of a service being performed. Highly recommend 1Chimney for their service, communications and trustworthiness. I’ll continue using them annually going forward.

Extremely easy process. Very thorough and clean. I was worried about the mess it might make and I was pleasantly surprised. I had just painted the living room and you would never know the tech was even there. Will be doing this every year moving forward without a doubt.
