I was a little skeptical because I’ve never had work done on a gas fireplace that was 20 some years old but it simply would not turn on. I was very impressed with the quality of the workmanship, professionalism, and the education they provided on how my gas fireplace works.<br><br>Kelly did an awesome job showing me the condition of all the components, what they did, how it all works, and why they needed to clean the whole thing. It really was a mess. When Kelly left, my fireplace was in good working order, looked great, and I had tips on how to keep it that way. Saved me from having to completely replace it. 1Chimney gets all five stars. Highly recommend!

Great work done by Boyd and his crew. Nice & polite guys, worked efficiently and effectively, and got the entire job done in 3 hours. They were helpful with tips on how to keep the home HVAC system running with minimal humidity to mitigate mold growth in the air vent system. I would recommend these guys at 1Chimney & Air Duct Cleaning to anyone who needs their home serviced.

Good service, nice, kind, knowledgeable technician came out, got our chimney going & showed me how to operate it but being new to DFW (I’m from Laredo) the sticker shock always hurts, I’m just not used to prices here.

Boyd and his son did an awesome job! I called him to get a quote and told him about my bad experience with another company that was supposed to do the same job, I fired them and hired him.<br>He’s invented these refractory panels that sparkle and shimmer and I can’t wait to build my first fire. I actually lost money firing the other company and he discounted them for me to help me out a little bit. I’ve already got another job lined up for him to do.<br>I would highly recommend him to do your job and I’ll definitely be using him in the future for all my fireplace and chimney needs.<br>Thank You Boyd!
