I was very impressed with the quality of the workmanship, professionalism, and the education they provided on how my gas fireplace works.<br><br>Kelly did an awesome job showing me the condition of all the components, what they did, how it all works, and why they needed to clean the whole thing. It really was a mess. When Kelly left, my fireplace was in good working order, looked great, and I had tips on how to keep it that way. Our experience with Boyd and his team is excellent. They first cleaned our woodburning fireplace+chimney and made some needed repairs. Later, Boyd and team consulted us in the process of transforming to gas. I especially appreciate how Boyd was patient and willing to try a log supplier that they haven't used in the past (I made my own online research and liked the log sets of this supplier the most).
