My fireplace glass replacement was proving to be difficult since the original manufacturer no longer exists. I made one call to these guys and the solution looks great!

Boyd and his son junior came out to my home.In fairfield , texas , to take a look at my chimney , they discovered a missing chimney cap and fixed the leak by tarping over the gaping holes. Excellent excellent job

When 1Chimney came to clean out my laundry vent, they realized it was a much bigger job than that which was expected. The technician tried to clean it out but then came back 2 more times with 3 more team members to get the job done right. They were real concerned since its a fire hazard and stayed until it was cleaned out. (They also said they never saw anything like my vent, which must never have been cleaned!)

"Cleaned" our fireplace for $250 and the system worked for one day then stopped working, then they said the system or some parts may need to be replaced so the cost would range from $500 all the way up to $2000. Called a different company (Blazin Hot Fireplaces) and the only thing that was needed was the system had to be reset which took less than a minute and they showed me how to do it in case it happened again. Fireplace has been working perfectly ever since.
