When 1Chimney came to clean out my laundry vent, they realized it was a much bigger job than that which was expected. The technician tried to clean it out but then came back 2 more times with 3 more team members to get the job done right. They were real concerned since its a fire hazard and stayed until it was cleaned out. (They also said they never saw anything like my vent, which must never have been cleaned!)

Highly Recommend!! The amount of knowledge they are willing to share is remarkable. Not only did they clean our chimney to perfection but also learned the ins and outs of what would keep our family safe and warm while using it. Boyd and his son did an awesome job! I called him to get a quote and told him about my bad experience with another company that was supposed to do the same job, I fired them and hired him.<br>He’s invented these refractory panels that sparkle and shimmer and I can’t wait to build my first fire. I actually lost money firing the other company and he discounted them for me to help me out a little bit. I’ve already got another job lined up for him to do.<br>I would highly recommend him to do your job and I’ll definitely be using him in the future for all my fireplace and chimney needs.<br>Thank You Boyd!
