Spoke with the owner of this family business and knew very quickly what that this was a company with integrity. Booked an appt easily online. Had a great experience with the wonderful tech and her grandson. She educated me on the use, maintenance and service of my gas fireplace, as it was the first I’ve had. Very kind, professional and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend and will use them again in the future for routine service.

I was a little skeptical because I’ve never had work done on a gas fireplace that was 20 some years old but it simply would not turn on. I was very impressed with the quality of the workmanship, professionalism, and the education they provided on how my gas fireplace works.<br><br>Kelly did an awesome job showing me the condition of all the components, what they did, how it all works, and why they needed to clean the whole thing. It really was a mess. When Kelly left, my fireplace was in good working order, looked great, and I had tips on how to keep it that way. Saved me from having to completely replace it. 1Chimney gets all five stars. Highly recommend!
