We recently purchased an older home in Corsicana. We had some concerns about the safety and condition of the wood burning fireplace.<br>We contacted 1Chimney for a cleaning and inspection.<br>Boyd did an inspection and evaluation of the fireplace and chimney.<br>He found that there were some issues that needed to be addressed.<br>He listed them in the order of importance with itemized pricing for each, so the we could determine what we wanted to have done.<br>The estimate was very reasonable so we elected to proceed with all of the recommended projects plus some cosmetic work.<br>I can't say enough about this company.<br>Boyd and Junior are a powerful team.<br>They arrive on time, work diligently, and leave the area clean.<br>Boyd shared his expertise with us, offering helpful information on the operation and maintenance of our unit.<br>I also appreciate Kathy in their office. She communicates in a timely manner, which is quite refreshing these days.<br>Way to go!!

My chimney was FAR overdue for cleaning and I found 1Chimney based on online reviews. They were so amazing to work with. Easy to talk with, returned calls if they missed you, the office staff was extremely kind. On the day of service Kelly came out and took care of our embarrassingly dirty chimney. She was amazing also, showed me photos of before and after from inside and also discussed efficiencies and future things to consider for maintenance but assured me there was no rush on the maintenance items, simply shared so I could keep my eye on them. I was personally nervous about soot being everywhere after (we have white fabric stools near the fireplace) and I’ll be honest, it was spotless. Aside from the extremely clean fireplace, there was no trace of a service being performed. Highly recommend 1Chimney for their service, communications and trustworthiness. I’ll continue using them annually going forward.
