We really lucked out.<br>Boyd and his helper not only cleaned out the dryer run but also went into the crawlspace to inspect the dryer vent to make sure it was thoroughly clean they also examined the external vent and explained that we were seeing lint buildup because the flap was stuck open causing the lint to interact with the humid air.<br><br>Similar examples on the fireplace and chimney cleaning, inspection and suggested repairs. They showed me the parts that needed attention, explained what i was looking at and when appropriate gave a range of solutions with differing costs. Boyd explained the pluses and minuses of each one.<br><br>The cost for the services were very reasonable and Boyd’s expertise was invaluable.
